In the aspect of asthetic standard, Chinese tend to like red decorations, and western culture tend to prefer white, the "圆袭red tea" that the Chinese refers to, the English translation is "black tea." The examples above states that the differences which exists in western and eastern cultural perspectives and asthetic standards affects the translation of the languages. The differences which exists in East Western culture influences the the expression and phrases being chosen, and in the process of translation, the translator should fully consider the ethnic culture and lingual characteristics which exists in the original phrases in order to fully understand the unique cultural meaning of the phrase, and to able to connect it with the cultural background of the text, while maintaining the verbal style, lingual form and artistic characteristic of the original text.
