Study on Signing Consumption
With the development of hotel industry, more and more hotels begin using the "free rounds and no deposit" form ,which saves the customers' waiting time for room checking, while it increases the management risk of the hotel. For the sake of the customers' consumption convenience and increase turnover, the resort also adopts the "no deposit in" and "check after consumption" mode, we call it as signing consumption. On one hand, the using of signing consumption brings benifits to the resort, while risks come after it as well, which brings negative influence to the operation of the resort. This paper conducts data analysis on customers' perception of signing consumption via questionnaire survey, and summarizes and sums up the problems coming across in working. The paper proposes corresponding solutions to these problems from reality. And hope the innovative study of this paper will provide some reference on Tourist Hotel's cost management and risk prevention; it also puts forward some opinions and views on Royal Spring Resort.
