Being a student who works hard everyday, it is very important to have a healthy eating habit. When I wake up in the morning, I start my breakfast with a glass of water. Then, I will usually have some bread, some ham, and an egg. I will make sure that I am full and energetic for the day. As for lunch, I enjoy eating a lot of vegetable, as well as some meat and grains. Since I am trying to loose weight, all I have for dinner is some fruits that are both healthy and delicious. That is my eating habit of the day, and I stay healthy because of it.
