After humanbeings' long time struggle, gloris achievements have been made in the sphere of changing nature and devoloping society and economy, and at the mean time, there exists real threat towards humanbeings' survival and devlopment, caused by ecological destruction and enviromental pollution. Human beings are now faced with urgent and difficult missions, including enviromental protection and improvement as well as the realization of sustainable devlopment of human society. Therefore, envivromental protecion and the realization of sustainable development are relying on each other. Enviromental protection is the precontion of the realization of sustainable development. The ecological environment couldn't be effectively protected without the realization of the sustainable development. The enviromental protection and the assurance of the humanity between human and nature are the precontion of the further development of econonmy as well as the guarantee of the continuation of humanbeings.
